Since 1994 Costa Rica Kosher Adventures has developed and run unique and custom group Passover programs for thousands of satisfied participants. Again this year, we are celebrating Passover in Costa Rica – one of the world’s most sought-after travel destinations. Unlike most Passover programs, which take place at a high-rise hotel and are centered on the food service, our program offers the perfect place to experience Costa Rica and a unique Passover program amidst inspiring natural beauty. Resort & Rooms

Located right on the Panamanian Pacific Riviera beach, in Coclé - Playa Blanca Hotel & Resort Panama is a perfect mix between nature and modernism, making it the ideal hotel for families and groups. Relax in beautiful rooms with private balconies or terraces overlooking the sea, the pool or the garden and enjoy activities including beach volleyball, relaxing spa, an amphitheater with presentations and activities, pools and waterslides, and water sports such as kayaking, stand up paddle, and flyboard.

CRKA takes over the whole Playa Blanca property for the duration of Passover, with an eruv for Shabbat. The location is a 2-hour drive west from Panama City.

Each comfortable room has a balcony or patio, bathrooms with walk-in showers, television, WiFi connection, mini refrigerator, security box, night tables and chairs, house phone, closet, laundry service and concierge. Handicap rooms are available upon request. Our staff are available to take care of your every need.

On-site activities: Apart from the on-site resort amenities, CRKA has developed exciting low-impact nature-based activities for all ages during the holiday. These include:

Dining, Kashrut & Supervision

Unique to CRKA is our ability to prepare delicious Glatt Kosher for Passover cuisine in exotic destinations, off the beaten path, under strict supervision. Our master chefs specialize in nutritious, well-balanced and beautifully prepared and presented meals, prepared in separate meat and dairy kitchens. We take full advantage of our natural surroundings; our menus are reflective of the local cuisine, including using a large variety of the area’s world renowned fresh fish, fruits and vegetables.

We are excited to expand our culinary options this year! Besides the main dining room, we will be operating 3 specialty restaurants: Fish, Vegetarian/Vegan, and an Italian Coffee House.

All food and standards for the program will be Glatt Kosher LePesach (Gebrochts and Chalav Yisrael): all wine is Mevushal. Shmura Matza available. Supervision will be under the auspices of Rabbi David Eshkenazi, Rabbinic Coordinator for Vaad HaKashrut Shevet Ahim, Panama.

Morning services followed by a festive kiddush. Lunch - choose from a traditional meat meal & a fun Passover Pizza station at the Dairy Dining Area. Second Seder in the evening.

Fri 3 April - Yom Tov II:

Morning services followed by a festive kiddush. Lunch - we have both a traditional meat meal & a fun Passover Pizza station at the Pool Bar.Shabbat services and dinner in the evening.

Sat 4 April - Shabbat (Chol Hamoed):

Morning services followed by festive Kiddush. Shabbat lunch.
In the evening, after Havdalah, pick up your tour swag & confirm your pre-selected tour choices for the week.
