Accommodations on this tour is a luxury four-star beach front resort, known for its outstanding style, comfort, and service. The property lies along the country’s beautiful Pacific ocean coastline and yields breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Here you will be surrounded by exquisitely maintained lush green gardens in verdant natural tropical surroundings, located on one of Costa Rica’s premier beaches; you will be thrilled with the antics of local wildlife including howler, spider and white faced monkeys, iguanas, raccoons, coatis and the graceful soaring of tropical and sea birds all in the colorful tapestry of flowers and forests only steps away from your front door.
Dining & Kashrut
Unique to CRKA is our ability to prepare delicious Glatt kosher cuisine in exotic destinations, off the beaten path, under strict supervision. Our master chefs specialize in nutritious, well-balanced and beautifully prepared and presented meals. We take full advantage of our natural surroundings; in Costa Rica our menus are reflective of the local cuisine, including using a large variety of the areas world renowned fresh fruits and vegetables. All food and standards for the program will be Glatt kosher. Supervision will be under the auspices of the local Centro Israelita.

- Day 1: Arrive at resort. Zip line adventure. Overnight at resort.
- Day 2: Morning boat trip. Relaxing afternoon at the beach. Overnight at resort
- Day 3: Adventure activities such as tubing and horseback riding. Activities for Seniors and children under 8 years: learn about snakes, frogs, butterflies! Nature thermal waters. Overnight at resort.
- Day 4: Transfer to San Jose airport for departure, flight home or on to Panama tour.

CRKA Tours & Excursions

Your adventure package includes 4 days of guided tour excursions. Guided daily adventures with our naturalists from our base will allow you to explore everything Costa Rica has to offer, from it’s awe inspiring volcanoes and hot springs, to rain and cloud forests, to wildlife and bird watching, to pristine waterfalls and rivers. Activities include canopy zip line tours, hiking, horseback riding, snorkeling tours, private beach escapes and volcanoes.
Volcano Adventure: A full day of exciting adventure is waiting to be discovered on this tour in an ancient, active volcano site.
Rainforest Canopy Tour: This is a once in a lifetime experience! It consists of sliding on a secure cable between platforms and towers in the canopy of the tropical forest. Truly exhilarating and exciting as you view wildlife and the rainforest from the top of the jungle. *Optional tours available in place of canopy tour.
Manuel Antonio National Park Tour: Home to many of Costa Rica’s endangered species it is regarded as one of its best National parks in the country. Located just adjacent to our hotel, Manuel Antonio National Park is internationally recognized as being one of the most biodiverse parks on the planet. Lush tropical forests, lagoons, mangroves and pristine white sandy beaches make up one of the most diverse ecosystems imaginable. Among the 109 species of mammals and 184 species of birds, some of the frequently viewed residents include white-faced and howler monkeys, two and three toed sloths and iguanas. The endangered squirrel monkey calls the park home as well. A great system of well marked trails allows visitors to explore plus four beaches in the park are some of the best in the country.
White Water Rafting & Waterfall Adventure: Costa Rica is world renowned for the quality of its white water. Abundant rain, warm water, and a variety of rivers and eco-systems make this small democratic nation a paddler’s paradise. Experience the excitement and adrenaline of waterfall white water rafting and white water adventure with rapids graded 2,3 & 4; perfect for all ages and abilities.

All rooms have amazing views, air conditioning, cable TV, telephones, safe deposit boxes, hair dryers, private terrace or balcony and wireless internet access.

Price includes: Lodging, full time CRKA guides/naturalist, 4 days of activities (as listed), all Glatt kosher meals under strict supervision, airport transfers to and from SJO.
Adventures are moderate and appropriate for all age groups.
Tour Desk: A tour desk will be available on-site for the duration of the program for those interested in additional touring. Participants will have the opportunity to sign up for these excursions directly with the hotel. Additional excursions include fishing, SCUBA diving, horseback riding, canopy tours, ATV’s, surfing, canyon tours, sailing, and much more!
Room Assignment: Rooms will be assigned upon booking with deposit on a first-come, first-served basis.

Unlike most kosher programs, which are at a hotel and are centered on food and speakers, we have developed a program which is unique to Costa Rica and its wild, natural surroundings.
